The ferry departs from two locations, the Bayside Place Hakata, a shopping mall in Chikkohonmachi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, and the Marizon, a multipurpose facility within the Seaside Momochi Beachfront Park in Momochihama, Sawara Ward, Fukuoka City. The ferry provides easy access to Uminonakamichi Seaside Park in Saitozaki, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City, located on the opposite shore of Hakata Bay.
