生駒山の傾斜を活かした公園。アスレチックがボリュームあって、小学校の高学年まで楽しめます。運動不足の大人には少しキツいかも。広場は土のグラウンドで広大なため、それぞれの家族がいろんな遊びを楽しんでいます。写真は、一番高い場所から撮影したものです。生駒市街地が見渡せます。モンベルはもっと前面に出して味を出して欲しいところ。
景観が優れてるわけでも無く、多機能な遊びを楽しめるわけでも無く中途半端

タイトル通り、中途半端な公園である。もっと何か特徴を持って運営すれば、利用客も増えるのではと思う。宿泊施設もあるが、学校の教員等の利用するのを前提にしているようで、制約は厳しくとても宿泊を楽しむと言う施設では無く、教育施設の一環の様で面白くない、逆に付属のコテージの方が自由さは有り其方の方が楽しめる。でもどちらも料金が制約の多い公共施設の割には高すぎる様な気がする。レクリエーションが多角化している...

平成31年4月1日7時45分からのNHKBSプレミアム、火野正平の日本縦断こころ旅（朝版）にこの公園の展望台からの奈良平野展望の紹介がありました。私も3月29日にこの展望台に上がったので画面を思わず見とれてしまいました。この展望台とその周囲にある6基の万葉歌碑についてはあまり知られていないので紹介しておきます。この万葉歌碑は20年以上も昔に生駒市が犬養孝先生に万葉集に記載されている生駒山を詠った...
