四日市港ポートビルの14階にある展望フロアです。入場料は310円です。360°のパノラマ展望で、コンビナートを含めて、周囲の景色がきれいに眺められます。港のタワーなので、貿易関連のフェリーの紹介展示もあります。

夏休みに帰省した孫と訪れました。昼は名古屋方面や中部国際空港（セントレア）の管制塔が肉眼でも見れ、夜は全国的に有名になった四日市コンビナートの工場夜景を間近に見渡すことができます。又、眺望だけでなく展望室内のナビゲーションシアターでは四日市港の歴史や様々な機能を紹介する映像や、パソコンコーナーでは、孫がゲーム感覚でクイズやパズルを楽しんでいたので、年齢を問わずカップルや家族連れにもお勧めです...
マニアがいっぱい！！！

カップルばっかりかと思いながら５０代夫婦で行ったら、一眼レフ持ったマニアがいっぱい居てビックリしました。メチャメチャ工場の夜景が綺麗でした。
