Kizushi
A long-established sushi restaurant founded in 1923 and one of the three main pioneers of Edomae-style sushi. They still deliver traditional flavors made with time-honored methods to provide the finest, meticulously prepared product. The shop has a dignified, historic looking exterior befitting its many years in business. All seafood is taken from the wild, except for the shrimp. They don't use any sugar with the sushi rice, which lends a clean taste that enhances the flavor of the fish. Lots of customers visit again and again for the variety of items that preserves the attractiveness and authenticity of the Edomae style.
