Mutsugiku
This gyoza pot sticker restaurant, established in 1962, is located a three-minute walk from the south exit of JR Hamamatsu Station. Here you can enjoy Hamamatsu-style gyoza, which are characterized by their light flavor. The restaurant's Hamamatsu gyoza are made with a relatively large proportion of vegetables and are garnished with boiled bean sprouts. Enwrapped in the restaurant's brown decor, you can savor its vaunted gyoza. The restaurant is visited by large numbers of people from across the prefecture and beyond and as such, long lines are common (note: reservations not accepted).
