Mafuji no Sato
"This is an agricultural and forestry product sales shop located along Prefectural Route 29. Operating under the concept of ""Active mom's shop which supports the lifestyle of the region"", they sell fresh vegetables and handmade products made by local residents. It is used by many tourists as a rest stop while they are on a drive. In the adjacent restaurant, you can dine on handmade Mafuji soba which uses natural broth and fresh wasabi or the soba set meal which makes full use of in-season ingredients. The wasabi ice cream, with its fresh wasabi flavor, is widely popular and might become a habit."
