Enwrapped in the cafe's retro atmosphere, you can enjoy a cup of choice coffee made with beans roasted onsite. The cafe uses only high quality green coffee beans from a variety of areas, which are then roasted in an open flame roaster. The cafe also offers three original bean blends - the conspicuously full-bodied and bitter Kanda Blend, the sour America Blend, which is lightly roasted and loosely ground; and the France Blend, which has a rich aroma and which is served in a small demitasse cup. Enchanted by the cafe's superb coffees, many coffee-lovers order beans direct from the establishment by email and fax."

神保町にはシブい喫茶店がたくさんありますが、ここブラジルも激シブです。まず、店名が漢字ってのがオツですよね。店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくりできそう。神田ブレンドを注文。なかなか濃くて深みがある。ケーキと一緒に食べるのがちょうど良い。店内は分煙でした。

神田神保町の歴史を感じる古き佳き珈琲のお店。店内分煙はされています。比較的濃いめの珈琲をのみながらゆっくり過ごすと本当に落ち着きます。
