Kotobukiya
A Japanese confectioner located along Tokiwa-dori Street in Ikaho, Ikaho Town, Shibukawa City. They produce traditional Japanese sweets with carefully selected ingredients and their own homemade red bean paste. They offer the Ikaho specialty Yu-no-Hana (hot spring mineral deposits) Manju buns in two varieties, both with red bean paste and Ikaho's only purveyor of Tsubu-an, red bean paste in which some red beans are left whole. Their Suzutora baked treat, made with Toramame (Tiger Beans) which are also called the King of the Cooked Bean, is another popular choice.
