In the relaxed atmosphere of the shop interior you can enjoy local Suonada natural caught blowfish and farmed blowfish bought from the Shimonoseki Karato Market. The blowfish from Sajika is known for its taste as it is prepared in the morning and then allowed to season for several days to dramatically enhance the flavor. Their Sajika Course meal is a popular way to explore the wonders of blowfish as it includes six different presentations of blowfish including dishes such as jellied fish and blowfish sashimi. From May to mid-September you can also enjoy summer dishes including conger eel.

山口と言えばやはり河豚ですね！

防府読売マラソンで訪れました。せっかく遠征してきたし何か地の物をと考えた結果、やはり河豚でしょう、と。ただ、河豚は鍋など大勢で食べるイメージ。一人旅だったこともあり恐る恐る電話で問い合わせてみると大丈夫とのこと。カウンター席で絶品河豚に巡り合うことが出来ました。旬ということもあってお店は次々にお客さんが訪れていたので予約していくのが無難だと思います。

夏の美味魚≪天神鱧≫をたっぷり食べたくて伺いました。鱧のコースは二種類あり出来るだけ多いほうをリクエストしたらこの日は5400円のコースしか出来ないとのことでした。食べたりなかったら一品料理を追加しても良いかどうかたずねたらOKとのことで安心して食卓（テーブル席）につきました。前菜、押し寿司、刺身、湯引き、揚げ物、握り寿司、鱧しゃぶしゃぶ、雑炊、お新香、メロン、、、案外お腹一杯になるものです...

皆さんの口コミを見て予約しましたが、ホントに安くて、美味しいフグ料理で満足です。スタッフの方も皆さんとても気持ちの良い対応でより美味しく頂けました。佐じかコース頂きましたが私達には大満足でした。ふぐ刺しのたまり、お鍋のポン酢もフグにあったものが出されてる気がしました。また行きたいです。
