"This restaurant is run by Kajioka Bokujo farm, and is located about a five-minute drive from Mine Interchange off the Chugoku Expressway. The interior is designed like a log house, and it serves up splendid ""Kajioka beef"" that pursues real flavor without being restricted by marbled rating. Kajioka cattle, which is raised on fermented feed paying careful attention to the health, is highly reputed to be able to enjoy the high-quality fat and tender meat flavor that is the original feature of Japanese black beef. Their Western Course which matches two types of Kajioka beef with ""Rocky Ribs"" for a filling, is a big meal in barbecue style. Their Kajiokagyu Course is also popular, featuring Kajioka beef sirloin steak and Piruka Vienna sausages."
