A Japanese sweet shop founded in 1899 famous for its yokan bean jelly, in particular its own special version that has been made with the same traditional methods since the Edo period. Other popular items include sweets like Torayaki Sokan and Muraoka Monaka. Their marubolo is made with flour from Saga Prefecture and is known for its unique, soft texture. There are six kinds of yokan: ogura, benineri, honneri, kibizato, matcha, and green pea.
