It is a long-established store founded in 1915 that handles everything, from fishing to processing sardines. Additive-free Chirimen-jako made by the traditional sun-drying method ""Hamachiri,"" peppered chirimen-jako, ""Minesanshou"" and preservable chirimen-jako tsukudani (boiled down in sweetened soy sauce) ""Hamada-ni"" are available for purchase."
