This venerable Yaeyama soba restaurant in the Euglena Mall shopping district in Okawa, Ishigaki City has been in business for more than 90 years. Its sign bears a claim of the restaurant's status as the originator of Yaeyama soba, the local style of rounded wheat noodles.
