A 10-minute walk south from JR Kurashiki Station. Located near the entrance to Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter this shop promotes the food culture of the Seto Inland Sea. They primarily sell special broths and seasonings all carefully handmade with locally sourced ingredients. A popular item is their well-known Oyster Senbei crackers. These thin fried crackers are made with whole Seto Inland Sea specialty oysters resulting in a snack with a light mouthfeel that fills your mouth with the rich taste of oyster. Also recommended are foods from their oyster series made with an abundance of oyster powder including their Seto Oyster Salt and Oyster Broth. Almost all of their products are available to be sampled. They also serve Cremia soft serve ice cream.

食品系のお土産が多く、試食もたくさんあるので味を見て買うことができてよかったです。桃のバター(ミルクジャム)とレモン塩が美味しかったので購入しました。

買う気はなかったのですが、おいしいだしがうってそう、なんだか試食もできそう、なんていう安易な考えからの入店。ポットがおいてあってだしをいざ試食。うまい！！ってことで購入。はまりそうなお店でした。和食好きな方にはぜひおすすめなお店です。

イチオシは三種類ある出汁パック。野菜出汁はにんにくが効いていました、いりこ出汁は、いりこのクセも少な目で思ったよりいける！そして瀬戸内らしい牡蠣出汁は、料理の味付けを邪魔せず喉を通りすぎた時にふわっと牡蠣の風味がしました。ほかにも味噌やポン酢などお土産に最適です
