A Japanese garden visible from the window changes with the seasons. It's known for offering a warm space for the pleasure of eyes, palate, and mind where you dine on fare made with seasonal ingredients. The tranquil tearoom in the garden is the heart of Tsuwano's tea culture. It's modeled after Toinseki, a tearoom in Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto. Genji-maki is a Tsuwano local favorite and the ideal accompaniment for matcha green tea when taking a rest from strolling around Tsuwano.
