This sightseeing information center offers a variety of activity programs to help you enjoy the great outdoors of Mt. Daisen, the tallest peak in the Chugoku region. The center offers a variety of original tours, such as walking amidst a veritable shower of green leaves in a virgin beech forest, snowshoeing across the pure white landscapes of the mountain in winter, and a nighttime stargazing tour in which participants also become photographic subjects. On the center's popular cycling tour, you can take in the greenery and refreshing breezes of Mt. Daisen from an electric pedal-assist bicycle, gliding pleasantly up and down hills. The center's tea time, which includes tea made with Mt. Daisen spring water, is also not to be missed.
