This is a small Japanese confectionery cafe along the moat surrounding the Uesugi Jinja Shrine. Here you can spend a leisurely hour with your favorite pawed pet while enjoying the seasonally changing view the Uesugi Shrine's foliage from within the cafe. The health friendly souffle cheesecake, baked right in the store is made with wasanbon natural sugar and soymilk. The popular matcha cream zenzai, with rich matcha, vanilla ice cream, and sweet beans is another Japanese style dessert offered. Naturally, visitors without pets are also welcome.
