This eatery is just a five-minute drive from the JR Oishida Station. One can enjoy ramen with the Obanazawa specialty pickled watermelon, or the Obanazawa beef ramen which is garnished with pesora pickles. This local ramen dish is made with a simple soy sauce based soup which wonderfully pairs with the slightly spicy pesora pickles. This family friendly restaurant also has a children's menu including the Yoiko-chan good-kid's ramen which comes with a melon cream soda. そば街道に載ってますけど蕎麦屋というより、田舎の何でもあり？ファミレス？感覚のお店です。いろいろあるので何が食べたいっていうのがなかったのでちょうど良かったです。尾花沢牛ラーメン食べましたが普通に美味しかったです。
ここは蕎麦屋ではない。中華料理屋でした。

ネット上で評判だったのでお昼で訪問。看板メニュー？は麻婆野菜麺とのことで注文。これがなかなかイケていない。麻婆と野菜のコラボだがお互いの味が主張してか味がはっきりしない。はっきり言えばうまくない。期待していただけにちっと残念。
