十割そばの板蕎麦をいただきました。細くて白いお蕎麦でした。サイドメニューにゲソてんを注文しましたがこれもまた美味しい。

地元の農家さんの紹介で通うおそば屋さん。先代が脱サラして始め、今は息子さんが継いでいます。お蕎麦は板そばで1.5人前、2人前、3人前から選べます。いつも寒晒し、太（田舎）そば、十割（さらしな）をシェアします。身欠きにしん、山形名物げそ天もおすすめ。玉子焼きは卵天に変わって、蕎麦味噌は無くなっちゃったけど、やっぱり美味しいのです。

取引先の方、一押しの蕎麦処。初訪を粧うも、実は数年振りの再訪。前回は寒晒しそばを頂いた記憶が...。今回はお客様お薦めの十割合盛板そばの1.5人前と紋甲イカのげそ天をオーダー。合盛の相手は細打ちをチョイス。メインの前に、そばの実の雑炊とお新香、塩昆布がサーブ。待ちきれず、ズルズルっと雑炊を啜る。昆布と胡瓜漬の程よい塩気が心憎い。黄色の漬物は...もしや、柿？？食感が良かった...
