A long-established store that has been making tofu for four generations since the early Showa period, Fujiya produces and directly sells tofu using carefully selected soybeans from all over Japan and bittern produced on Izu Oshima Island. Fujiya also sells desserts such as no-bake cheesecake and pudding made using tofu, and features the Fujiya Tofu Research Institute, where you can find tofu in combinations of different ingredients each month.

越生こだわりとうふ「藤屋」、お豆腐屋さんですが、レアチーズケーキがお勧めです。食感が良く、また甘すぎず、価格はやや高めですが、一度食べてみる価値はあると思います。その他お豆腐も多彩にあります。

購入したのはゆし豆腐とごま豆腐。夕方近く行ったので商品は少なめでした。別棟があり休憩できます。こちらでお豆腐レアチーズケーキを頂きました。ゆっくり座りながら頂く滑らかなお豆腐レアチーズケーキがおいしかったです。
