This Japanese and Western confectionery store is located on Banba-dori Street in Banba-machi, Chichibu City. Based on the concept “Cherish the natural features of Chichibu,” they make sweets that incorporates local produce. They sell the “colorful potato series” which is made of Japanese-style sweet potato with Sayama tea and maple syrup from Chichibu, and “Molt cake” which is a castella using egg yolks and “Ichiro’s Molt”, a whiskey distilled in Chichibu.

9月はシャインマスカット！

シャインマスカットの大福がありました。季節ごとに違うものがある様で今の時期だけだそうです。白あんにシャインマスカットがよく合いました。家に持ち帰り食べたのですが、形が崩れる事もなく美味しいく、頂けました。西武秩父駅にも売ってました。

秩父神社の前の番場通りにあるこちらの和菓子屋さん、お店の一押し商品はちちぶぽてとという焼き菓子のようですが個人的には5個入って500円の酒まんじゅうがお勧めです。これ旨い❗

ちちぶぽてとというスウィートポテトが有名です。ぽつんとしていて見た目もかわいいです。お土産に買いました。
