Momijiya Honten
A Japanese confectioner which first opened in 1869. The continue to use the same techniques that they used in the Edo period to make well-known traditional Kumagaya sweets. They produce natural, nutritious, additive and artificial-coloring free treats that are popular for their simple nostalgic flavors. Confections they sell include Gokabou, a deluxe Gokabou called Shorai, and Futomaki.
