Famous for Janmen Noodles, with their thick sauce packed with egg, Chinese chives, togarashi pepper, and offal. This restaurant is the birthplace of these noodles which are tasty as is or with rice. The dish has lots of dietary fiber with about 80 grams of Chinese chives in every serving. It's been popular ever since it was developed 15 years ago with the concept of making ramen noodles that go great with rice.

テレビで見た事があり１度は訪問したい店でした。平日１時頃に入店シンプルなメニューでわかりやすい愛想の良いスタッフが多く素晴らしい１番オススメを頂きましたが想像以上に美味しくて感動しました

美味しい、分かりやすいメニューで店員さんの対応も良く、待ち時間も少なかった。回転が速い。駐車場に迷ったが角と裏側にわかりにくい駐車場あり

宿泊したホテルから最寄りで夕食を、ジャン麺なるものが気になり入ってみました。あんかけで熱々なラーメン、具材はニラやホルモンなどが入っていて食べ応えあり。辛みを追加しても良かったかなと思うほど少しマイルド。炙りチャーシューも追加しましたが甘めなタレと程よい柔らかさで美味しかったです。
