This is an udon restaurant next to the Ota Pond, about 10 minutes by car from the nationally designated Special Place of Scenic Beauty, Ritsurin Park. This shop, recognizable by their large noren entryway curtain, offers the authentic traditional local Sanuki udon made from Kagawa wheat flour. This shop, in typical noodle manufacturer style, is a standing only restaurant enjoyed by the local residents. The broth, made from Hokkaido kelp and dried sardines from Ibuki Island goes well with the al dente noodles. Customers naturally come for lunch and dinner, but one of the attractions of this eatery is that some locals stop by for breakfast, so visitors can choose from unusual toppings such as a rolled egg, or sausage tempura. This shop also offers soba noodles and ramen, which is unconventional for an udon eatery.

７０年地元に愛されている安くて美味しい製麺所直営のセルフのうどん店です。のど越しの良い美味しいうどんと、店内の真ん中に置かれたおでんが、もう一つの魅力、豆腐が良い塩梅でした。なお、琴電の太田駅から徒歩１０分のロケーション。混雑時の車でのアクセスはあまりお勧めしません。車通りのある道沿いにあり、駐車場は３-４台程度と狭いので、運が良くないと駐車できないと覚悟して出かけましょう。１００ｍ南に小さな...

朝も早くから営業しているようでした。ここは近所ですが、駐車場が少ないイメージがあったので今まで出かけたことがなかったですが、5台くらいは置けそうでした。かけうどん小が240円で大は310円でした。さっと来てさっと食べてさっとお店を後にする讃岐のセルフのお店でした。

製麺卸とセルフ店です、朝からやってます、運良く住まいから一番近いのでお世話になってます、ここのうどんは好きです、駐車場3~4台割と溢れています、車だと旧馬渕の大島屋の方が止め易い。
