This udon noodle shop is located a three-minute drive from the Takamatsu-nishi Interchange on the Takamatsu Expressway. Identifiable by its large triangular roof, the restaurant serves springy udon noodles. The Niku Udon noodles are particularly popular; the vaunted bowl consists of an exquisite pairing of salty-sweet meat, rich dashi broth, and tasty noodles. Noodles; the sweetness and texture of the onions; and flavorful, tender meat – many people make their way here from beyond the prefecture’s borders just to try this tasty dish. The restaurant has been making its noodles based on the philosophy that good udon starts with good noodles since it was established in 1958.

カレーうどんのハシゴ食べ比べで訪問。ここのカレーうどんは家庭のカレーぽい印象で玉ねぎ人参など野菜も多めに入ったルーがかけてありました。ほっとするような味です。

ぶっかけうどんと、きつねうどんをいただきました！麺も出汁も美味しくて満足！14時前でしたが、私達で麺が最後でした。ギリギリ間に合って良かった〜！
かけに無断で生姜を投入されます。

かけうどんは唐辛子派と生姜派があるとは思います。でも、最初に生姜を入れられたら唐辛子派には困ります。このようなお店がたまにあるので要注意ですね。生姜抜きでって注文が必要です。（お客に自分で選択して入れさせて欲しいです）価格は普通でしたが、12時に食べに行ったときにいなり寿司やおにぎり等が売り切れだったのは残念です。うどんだけでは直ぐにお腹が空いてくるので、1時くらいまでは切らさないで欲しいで...
