Musubi Musashi (Shinkansen Shop)

This bento restaurant is owned and operated by Musubi Musashi, a company which operates several rice ball and handmade udon noodle establishments primarily in Hiroshima City. Located on the first floor of the “ekie” mall connected directly to Hiroshima Station, the restaurant serves the flavors of Hiroshima which local residents take great pride in. Inside, the restaurant has a retro atmosphere, and customers can enjoy vaunted handmade udon noodles. The Genki Udon is made with an abundance of vegetables and pork, and its traditional flavor continues to be a favorite of customers from across the prefecture and beyond.
