Jabara Shokudo
This Japanese-style diner is located inside the Okutoro Onsen Yama no Yado hot spring inn on the grounds of Roadside Station Okutoro on National Route 169 facing the Kitayama River. The restaurant is open to everyone, not just guests and bathhouse customers. Open for both lunch and dinner, the menu primarily consists of teishoku set meals such as unaju broiled eel rice boxes and teppanyaki made with Mikuma beef. Other menu selections include miso katsu cutlets and Okutoro nabe hotpot, plus a la carte dishes perfect for enjoying with a few drinks. The restaurant also occasionally offers a seasonal all-you-can-eat buffet.

- 昼食をどうしようかと思って行ったのですが、筏下りの受付近くにあり値段も手ごろで品数もそれなりにあり良かったです。こういう類のところで味は期待できないと思っていましたが、思ったより良かったです。
