"Located a five-minute drive from the Nanki Tanabe Interchange on the Hanwa Expressway, this is a base for ""locally grown, locally consumed"" food in JA Kinan, and it is the largest farmers' market in the region. Varieties of sweet mandarin oranges are available throughout the year, and since free samples are provided, customers can ""try before they buy."" The food sold here, whether it is saury sushi, miso, pickled vegetables, or bread, is all handmade on local farms, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, for a real homemade taste. There is also a wide selection of locally produced dried plums and tea products. From time to time, events are held in which customers can try harvesting mandarin oranges or plums or arranging flowers."

南紀白浜へ行く途中で高速を手前で降りて寄った。地元の食材を中心に品ぞろえが豊富で、下手な道の駅へよりよほど良い。わざわざ寄る価値あり。帰りにも寄った。
結局買い物はしませんでした

ここを訪れる前に同じく田辺市内にある産直市場「産直市場よってっていなり本館」で買い物をしており、農産物直売所のハシゴをしてみました。結論から言うと、「産直市場よってっていなり本館」の方が良かったです。こちらのお店は、同じような時間帯に行ったのに、それほど賑わっていませんでしたし、商品の陳列も、欠品してるせいなのか隙間が空いているところもあり、結局、売り場の見物だけして買い物はしませんでした。もう少...

大きな農産物直売所です。しかも、時期が良かったのか、ミカンの山！素晴らしいです。飛行機で、ミカンをたくさん持って帰れました。まさか、こんなに買ってしまうとは。。。また寄りたいですね。回るだけで楽しです。
