A soba noodle shop that focusses carefully on their ingredients. They serve a 100% buckwheat soba made with local native grown Fukui gensoba buckwheat that is stone ground and only mixed with water. The tempura is not pre-made and is fresh-fried after you place an order. They offer a variety of local sake and shochu liquors to pair with the soba. They offer several private rooms which are used for important family ceremonies including memorial services. In addition to their soba noodle course meals they also offer affordable lunch options and service a la carte.

２０２２年１月の土曜日に妻と訪れました。上品そうな佇まいと店内です。冷たいそばは、十割太打ちと十割細打ち。温かいそばは十割太打ち、若しくは二八そばから選べます。妻は、あげ焼きおろしそばを太打ちで、私はおろしざんまいを注文しました。太打ちそばはしっかりとしたそば感とモチモチの感じ。出汁は甘めであげ焼きの味が強く感じます。おろしざんまいは、おろしそば、とろろそば、辛味しぼりおろしです。細打ちでもしっか...

出張中ビジネスランチで平日の11:00頃に訪問。お店はまだ空いていた。地元の人に聞けば、お昼にはかなり混雑する人気店らしい。天ぷらとそば2種類のセットを頂いた。かなりおいしい。蕎麦のそわやかな香りがする。お店も綺麗で、福井に来たら是非また行きたい。

先日、おもてなし膳（そばサラダ、天ぷら、おそば、青しそごはん、デザート付き）をいただきましたが、これだけ付いて1,500円で食べられます。味はもちろん、店員さんの接客、コスパもとても良いお店です。
