A Japanese confectioner located along National Route 365 in Naka, Echizen Town, Nyu County. Their famous Nama-Dorayaki has smooth red-bean paste and red bean paste containing whole beans fillings and is made with local tofu and Echizen brown rice. It also comes in a wide variety of special limited seasonal variations. They also sell traditional sweets with traditional Echizen motifs including the Echizen-yaki Tsubo (Echizen-ware Pot) stuffed with a candied chestnut.

- 生どら焼き
- 福井市内から越前海岸にドライブに行った時に、途中で見つけた和菓子のお店です。老舗菓子処かと思って立ち寄ったのですが、看板商品は生どら焼きのようです。色々なフレーバーがあり、どれにしようか迷いましたがラムレーズンを購入。ちょっと変わっていて良かったです。
