A sake brewery in Meirin-cho, Ono City. This long-standing sake brewery first opened in 1751 and located in the Echizen Ono region, a known producing area for the Gohyakuman-goku sake rice and famous for its spring water, they continue to use traditional techniques in their sake production. They produce sake that has been highly valued at both domestic and international competitions including their Junmai Dai-Ginjo Sow label.

試飲がセルフ

試飲のスタイルがセルフで、冷蔵庫から自分で取り出して試飲できます。結果、10種類くらい試飲させて頂きました。どれも美味しかったけど、その中から4本を購入。ワインのような口当たりの日本酒もあり、新しいことに挑戦している感じがあり、面白かったです。

越前大野の街なかにはいくつか酒蔵があり、こちらもそのひとつです。場所は七間通りの元町会館から五番通りを南に歩いたあたり。古い趣のある店構え。入口の上には、「清酒真名鶴」の看板があがっています。お店の向かいに五番名水庵清水の湧水があります。

大野にある宝歴年間より続く老舗の蔵元です。今回は、酒蔵が沢山並んでいるなかで、中田英寿さんも来たことがあるとウェブで紹介されていましので立ち寄りました。SUMMER GODDESS（サマーゴッデス/夏の女神）という炭酸割専用純米吟醸を購入させて頂きました。
