A restaurant serving eel in Torihama, Wakasa Town, Mikatakaminaka County. They serve eel in a variety of styles including Unaju broiled eel over rice, Kabayaki eel dipped in sauce and then broiled, Hitsumabushi grilled eel over rice, and different course meals allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of eel. When in season you can enjoy fresh eel straight from Lake Mikata but from December to March during the off season of eel fishing, they offer carp dishes reminiscent of Lake Mikata in the winter.
