Inaka Manju Honpo Yoshimura (Main Shop)
A Japanese confectioner located along Prefectural Route 21 in Kitagawa, Nanto City. A long-standing shop that's been in business for over 80 years. Their leading product bares the same name as the shop, Inaka Manjuu (Country steamed bun ), and is made by cooking together Hokkaido adzuki red beans and rock sugar to make a red bean paste that is then wrapped with thin pastry.
