Adjacent to the eastern part of Tulip Park, this art museum is part of the Tonami City Culture Zone. The Temporary Exhibition hall can accept large scale exhibits; the Permanent Exhibit hall displays the art museum's collection of works by local artists, world photographic art, and outstanding Japanese craftwork; and the Citizen's Gallery exhibits a wide variety of amateur works. On weekends, they have a variety of temporary exhibitions, workshops, and lectures.

チューリップフェアに出かけると必ず寄ります。展示物も好いですが、晴れて雲のない日の立山連峰の景色がみごとです。今年から花の大谷も駐車場に移動していました。
砺波市内散策

砺波駅から徒歩でチューリップ公園に行き、その後に寄りました。『近現代日本絵画展』が開催されていて、川合玉堂、横山大観など作品が展示されてました◯

１９９７年に開館した美術館です。企画展ではとなみ野作家シリーズ５「柳田邦男展−問わず語り」展が開催中でした。柳田邦男さんという洋画家についての知識はありませんが、不思議な色調の幻想的な作品に興味を持ちました。
