This cafe is on the second floor of Murodo Terminal, or the third floor of Hotel Tateyama. It's an elegant, relaxed tearoom in front of the hotel front desk. Their cold-brew Mizudashi Coffee is made with Tateyama spring water and the cold brewing process keeps bitterness and tannin levels low, for an elegant, aromatic enjoyment. From mid-June through November, they use Tateyama Tamadono yusui spring water, chosen one of Top 100 Famous Water. They also sell cold-brew coffee in a limited edition tumbler you can take home.

I like how even though you’re on top of a mountain with not much food options - these restaurants don’t charge you an arm and a leg for food. (Like cruise liners / Theme Parks)

シフォンケーキとアップルパイとコーヒーを注文しました。山の上にも関わらず値段はそこまで高くなかったと記憶しています。接客も良く落ち着ける雰囲気のカフェでした。名物のシフォンケーキは特に感動する味ではなかったですが普通に美味しかったです。

ランチを頂きました。トレッキングの後で空腹でしたので、ランチセットに加えて抹茶のシフォンケーキを頂きました。水出しコーヒーも美味しかったです。
