益子においしいおそばを探しに、出かけました。そば明水は、ギャラリーも併設し器を楽しみながら、お蕎麦もいただける素敵な場所でした。お蕎麦以外にも、とろろご飯がついたセットや、女性向けのセットなどがありお蕎麦以外のものも楽しめます。水曜日お休みのお店が多く、営業中の看板に救われました。
手際のよいお店

1月の三連休の初日にいきました。けっこう混雑していましたが、すぐ座れました。お店の方から「少々お待ちいただく」と言われましたが、待つほどで無く出てきました。非常に手際が良いと感じました。天もりそばの天ぷらはミツバと海老のかき揚げでした。そばも天ぷらもなかなか良かったです。
