This Japanese and Western confectionary shop adjoins the Nakagawa Town General Gymnasium. The white and brown shop makes traditional Japanese confections and seasonal Western confections. The shop's whipped cream daifuku rice cakes, an exquisite balance of smooth bean paste and whipped cream, are particularly popular and many fans come from far and wide just to buy them. The shop's strawberry daifuku rice cakes are also highly regarded and consist of a deliciously tart Tochiotome strawberry wrapped in soft and chewy mochi rice cake. The shop's dorayaki pancake sandwiches, consisting of bean jam and butter sandwiched between two pancakes covered in stripes from the cooking process, make delightful little gifts.
