田平公園は、平戸島へ架かる平戸大橋の本土側のたもとにある公園です。公園の海側からは、本土と平戸島の間の平戸瀬戸に架かる赤い平戸大橋と、その向こうの平戸島が一望できました。公園はかなりの広さがあって、何面もあるテニスコートでテニスを楽しむ人たちやバーベキューを楽しんでいる人たちなどなど、たくさんの人たちが思い思いに楽しんでいました。

田平公園は、九州本土と平戸島を結ぶ平戸大橋の本土側のたもとに近い場所にある公園です。公園内にはテニスコートやバーベキューコーナーなどいろいろな施設がある、大きめの公園でした。公園の海側に立つと、目の前にはあざやかな朱色が美しい平戸大橋が平戸瀬戸をまたいで架かっています。数百ｍ向こうには緑豊かな平戸島が横たわっています。橋と島、そして青い海が一望できるスポットでした。

佐世保から平戸に向かう途中,平戸大橋の手前にある田平公園。子どもが遊ぶ場所もある広いスペースで，平戸大橋を見るにも絶好の場所です。是非立ち寄りたいです。
