Marukai Ramen
Marukai Ramen, a representative of Tsugaru Ramen, is a soy sauce ramen restaurant that serves only one type of ramen, soy sauce ramen with a broth made from dried fish. The menu consists only of a large portion for 700 yen and a medium portion for 650 yen, and the only ingredients are pork thigh pork, green onions, and shinachiku. The soup has a sardine flavor that fills the mouth with umami. Even those who do not like seafood can enjoy the taste, which also enhances the flavor of the homemade noodles. Hisakazu Ban, a member of the founding family, says that he and his father and brother have kept the restaurant started by his grandfather and have no plans to expand. It is a dish that can only be enjoyed here.
