湯の郷温泉の中心部にあり、駐車場もあります。パンフレットとちょっとしたお土産をおいていました。マップをとりあえず入手すると便利です。
空いていました。

祝日の夕方に、情報収集のため立ち寄りました。トイレ利用の家族連れが入ってきた程度で案内所自体は空いていました。湯郷温泉のジオラマが面白かったです。
中心部にあります。
