These facilities were created by renovating historical structures located in Kiga, Hosoe Town, Kita Ward, Hamamatsu City. The Kiga Sekisho-which served to monitor cargo and people passing through the Hime Highway during the Edo Period-was rebuilt roughly 600 meters west of its original position. The interior features displays of materials related to the sekisho in the Edo Period.

天竜浜名湖鉄道の気賀駅の南側で、徒歩数分の距離に位置します。今年の4月より有料化されました（がっかり・笑）。
思ったよりより見応えが！

寄り道ついでのつもりで寄ったのですが思ったより見応えがありました(すみません…)ボランティアの方のガイドを聞かれる事をぜひお勧めします。４月１日より入場料(150円)がかかってしまうとの事なので３月中に行かれたほうがお得です。

広々と静かな観光地です。浜松北部は曲り道が多いですが、一本道なので迷うことなく行けます。間近で昔の雰囲気を味わえます。
