Sobadokoro Taga
A soba restaurant in Atami City. Their noodles are directly purchased from contracted farms and kept at low temperatures, preserving the flavor and aroma of the soba they serve. They serve soba on traditional wicker trays, multi-tiered lunch boxes and tempura, and can accommodate banquet courses with advance reservation. Thick fried omelets are sold as souvenirs. One of the special features of the shop is its 200-year-old building.
