Standing nine stories tall, it has a variety of different uses, from halls used for conferences and exhibitions, to a library corner, a folklore exhibition corner, a gallery for exhibitions of paintings, an astronomical observation room and an observatory. The Skyward restaurant on the seventh floor has a reception room which seats 48 people and can be used for group events such as parties.

前から気になっていたので思い切っていってみました。タワー直下の駐車場にタイミングよく止めることができました。展望階の利用者はいないにもかかわらず、駐車場はいっぱいでした。タワーに会議室とか民俗資料館とかレストランがあるからだと思われます。展望会へはエレベーターで上がります。濃尾平野を見渡せる360度の抜群の眺望にもかかわらず無料でした。
