A nerimono food paste specialty shop located in Uo-machi, Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture where you can purchase Yamasa chikuwa fish paste cakes, a local Toyohashi favorite. The shop also sells kamaboko steamed fish paste, joagehan deep fried fish paste, oden stew sets, and a variety of other food paste products. The popular fried kamaboko stuffed with Japanese scallops can only be purchased here at the Main Shop. Many tourists come here looking for souvenirs to give to friends and family back home.
