A large public park located a three minute walk from Arakogawa-koen Station on the Aonami Line. The main Garden Plaza area has cherry trees and a Japanese garden and a gardening advice station, exhibitions, and other events are held here. A Lavender Fair is held in the park's lavender garden when the flowers are in bloom.

桜のトンネル

あまり知られていませんが、名古屋にも桜のトンネルがあります。遊歩道に被さるように桜の木のトンネルになっています。川沿いにあるため川の水面に反射して綺麗な景色を作ってます。
散策の場に最適

ラベンダー園が有名ですが、川沿いの桜並木も見事です。花見や公園散策をされる人が多いです。冬場にロウバイも見られるので、四季を通して楽しめる場だと思います。
風に揺れる一面のラベンダー

ラベンダーの香りに癒され、木陰でラベンダー色に塗られたベンチでラベンダー畑を眺め至福この時。平日なので静かでした。ラベンダーの花の回りに沢山の蝶々が舞い美しい光景。広い敷地の花壇にはアジサイのアナベルや初夏を告げる花が沢山咲き誇り素晴らしい景色です。木陰もあり休憩しながら自然を満喫できました。
