A 63 meter tall local landmark situated inside Nagoya Port Garden Pier, this building is host to restaurants, a rest area, and other facilities, as well as the Nagoya Maritime Museum, a museum which presents the history of Nagoya Port. From the observation room on the top floor, visitors can get a sweeping view of Ise Bay and Mt. Ontake. The facility is a popular destination for tourists as well as locals.

展望室と海洋博物館に行きました。展望室では名古屋港をのみならず高い山並みを見ることが出来ます。博物館では名古屋港の歴史も学べます。楽しめました。

ビル外観は白い帆船をイメージしたものとのことだが、大型客船の船橋の方がイメージに近いのではないだろうか。最上階の7階は有料展望室となっており、名古屋港を一望することができる。ただし17時閉館なので夜景を見ることはできない。

일본 나고야에 전망이나 경치를 구경할 수 있는 곳이 많지만 이 곳이 가장 좋은 듯 합니다. 멀리까지 볼 수 있고 가는 길도 편해요
