This pearl theme park is located approximately a 10-minute drive from JR and Kintetsu Railway Toba Station. The first floor is the shopping area, and the second floor has a tour course and gallery. In the sales area, you can choose accessories while consulting with the staff, and also go on a tour course listening to an audio guide and watching videos explaining the unknown mysteries of the ocean, several tales about pearls, the principles of making pearls and global environmental problems on a large 200-inch screen with an amazing sound. You can see the craftsmen actually working and witness the moment each pearl becomes an accessory.

This was an excellent museum!! I learned more about oysters and pearls and the process of making cultured pearls than I ever knew there was to know. There were plenty of very informative signs...

ツアーのショッピングスポットとして訪問しました。結構お買い得な真珠がそろっています。結局１万円程度の真珠を購入しましたが、店員も押しつけがましい接客ではなく、好印象です。ちょっとした意外ですがトイレが、総大理石？のなんとも豪華な作りで、びっくりしました。必見かもです。
