This is the direct sales store of a long-established apiary founded in 1912. It conducts transplant beekeeping all over Japan together with honeybee hives following the changing flower seasons throughout the country. Inside the store with a retro, Taisho period(1868-1912) atmosphere, colorful jars of honey are lined up. They sell hachimitsu monaka ice made with honey and milk ice cream sandwiched between monaka (thin crisp mochi wafers) shaped like shells, and this store's special hachimitsu potatoes with sweet potato sticks coated with honey.

おはらい町の中ほどにある、はちみつの専門店。色々なはちみつを売っているのに引き込まれて立ち寄りました。数百円から色々なはちみつを販売しているので、ちょっと定番とは違うお土産品として購入しました。ソフトクリームも人気だったようです。

色々な種類のはちみつが買えます。試食も出来ます。店員さんもとても親切でした。ハニーレモネードも購入して飲み歩きしました。
