This venerable purveyor of Kikyo Shingen mochi rice cakes, a local Yamanashi delight, makes a number of other Japanese confections including their multiple award-winning Shingen mochi. The company's Confection Museum exhibits decorative confections that recreate Japan's seasonal flowers with the ingredients used to create high-grade Japanese fresh confections.
