This winery was born out of a desire to create wine that pared well with Japanese cuisine. Located in the Kofu Basin, the winery's brick building is surrounded by a vineyard. Visitors can enjoy winery tours and tastings. No reservations are required for the 20-minute tours, which cover the entire process from pressing to fermentation. In addition to their wines, the winery's shop also offers coconut gel desserts made in the adjacent factory.

勝沼の南端、中央高速に近い場所にあるワイナリー。「フジッコのお豆さん」のCMでも有名な佃煮などの大手、フジッコが経営するワイナリーです。大きな企業が経営するワイナリーだけあって、施設も比較的大規模です。販売スペースもとても広く、展望コーナーもあります。また、カトラリーなどの販売もあり、他のワイナリーと一線を画しています。ただ、休業日が他のワイナリーより多いように感じました。お出かけ...

あの昆布のフジッコと関係あるのかしらとずっと疑問だったので、聞いて見たら、フジッコのワイナリーとの事でした。現在は試飲は中止していました。しかし、検温や名前などの記入を終えたら、係の方がとても親切に、ワインのボトルが置いている所で、ワインの説明をしてくれました試飲が再開したらまた訪れて、いろいろ試して買ってみたいと思いました。

漬物のフジッコが経営するワイナリーが勝沼の高台にあるので行ってきました。ワインの仕込みはやっていなかったのですが、ボトル詰めの工程を見せていただきました。試飲は7種類程度が無料で、お高めのワインは有料です。このワイナリーで働く人は皆さん親切で笑顔です。フジッコが好きになりました。ワインもクオリティも高いし、ワイナリーからの勝沼の眺めもいいですよ。ワイナリー巡りに行くならここは外せません。
